Job summary

Unifyrecruitment is seeking a French/Italian speaking emergency helpline employee in the Amsterdam area. The role involves providing initial care by phone, assessing necessity and urgency, and coordinating with medical specialists and authorities.

You will collect incident data, log progress, and monitor systems. The position requires 40 hours per week, a paid 6-week training, and a 7-month contract with possible extension. Fluency in English, French, and Italian (C1) is essential.

Qualifications

• MBO-4 education with experience in emergency, healthcare, or with children is required.
• Excellent communication and written skills in English (C1) and French/Italian (C1).
• Willingness to work shifts in a 24/7 helpline and live in the Amsterdam area (±60 km).

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming reports and assess urgency and priority.
• Alert relevant units and ensure immediate assistance.
• Register and log incident progress; monitor procedures and equipment.
• Maintain composure, act quickly, and provide the best help with colleagues.
