CB Talents SP is looking for enthusiastic Technical Customer Service Representatives to support a leading Search Engine project based in Amsterdam. You will provide friendly and solution-oriented support to users via chat, email, or phone.

The ideal candidate is fluent in French, Italian, German, or Dutch and possesses strong communication skills. A structured compensation package includes a base salary of €1,100 14 times per year, along with performance and attendance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in either French, Italian, German, or Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine empathy for the user experience are essential.
• Must be comfortable with change and eager to learn.
