Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluency in German, English, and Spanish is required.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with databases for order entry and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and provide service and support regarding transactions, quotes, orders, returns, shipments and product questions.
• Receive and enter email, phone or fax orders from customers and sales team.
• Support end-to-end transactional requests for Bettcher’s product and parts offerings, including international shipments.
