Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish, German, and English is required.

• Proficiency in using databases for order entry.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and provide service and support regarding transactions (quotes, orders, returns, shipments).
• Enter orders from customers and sales team via email, phone, or fax.
• Support end-to-end transactional inquiries for Bettcher’s products, including food processing and service equipment and parts.
• Notify customers of shipment delays and assist with PO changes and order corrections.
• Process returns, credits, and warranty claims.
• Coordinate paperwork for international shipments and liaise with global sales managers.
