Job summary

inforcer is seeking a talented Partner Success Manager to nurture MSP partners across the Benelux region and drive value from our cybersecurity and AI platform. You will build strong relationships, understand client goals, and identify opportunities for growth and renewal.

Collaborate with Implementation, Product, Engineering, Sales, Support and Marketing to drive adoption and a high-quality end-to-end client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management or Customer Success in MSP or cybersecurity sectors.
• Excellent communication skills to build strong client relationships.
• Fluent in Dutch and English for professional communication.
• Commercial mindset with ability to spot growth and renewal opportunities.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple client relationships.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with MSP clients to ensure maximum value from our platform.
• Identify upsell and renewal opportunities by aligning client goals with inforcer’s solutions.
• Collaborate with the Implementation team for smooth onboarding.
• Relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering to improve the platform.
• Use data and health indicators to engage clients, manage risks, and drive adoption.
• Develop account plans aligned with client objectives to maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product and Marketing for a seamless customer journey.
• Deliver workshops and training to support adoption and retention, both in person and virtually.
