Innovo Global Talent is seeking an experienced Motion Control Specialist to join as a Business Development Manager for Western Europe, based in the Netherlands. You will expand market potential in industrial automation, identify and initiate OEM projects, and liaison between technical research and business development teams across Belgium, the Netherlands, and the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B industrial sales or business development in motion control or automation.
• Strong technical understanding of Servo Drives, VSDs, Inverters, Multi-Axis Systems, Position Control, Encoders.
• Excellent English communication with technical and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and target-account research in Western Europe and identify OEM opportunities.
• Approach OEMs directly to communicate the value of motion control solutions.
• Manage handover to local sales teams and maintain CRM data for pipeline management.
• Build strategic relationships across Belgium, the Netherlands, and the UK.
