Job summary

People2.0 is looking for an Immigration and Expat Payroll Specialist in Amsterdam. You will manage immigration workflows, payroll, and related employee support for highly skilled migrants, coordinating with the Dutch Umbrella Company and IND authorities.

The role offers a hybri d work setup (two office days per week) and requires 3–5 years in immigration or global mobility, with a collaborative, detail‑oriented approach to ensure timely, compliant processes across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience supporting immigration or global mobility.
• Proactive approach with ownership and problem‑solving.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
• Well organised, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to build relationships.
• Collaborative team player across different teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and employees on Dutch immigration processes, residence permits and work permits.
• Coordinate IND applications and relocation for highly skilled migrants.
• Create and manage employment contracts, assignment agreements, and WAV 30% ruling matters.
• Process monthly payroll for highly skilled migrants and manage billing activities.
• Maintain accurate payroll data and ensure compliance with Dutch regulations.
