Job summary

YorTeam B.V. seeks an experienced Migration Manager to lead a large-scale global Job Architecture transformation, shaping how employees engage with mandatory learning and development.

You will coordinate learning migrations across HR, Learning, Data and Technology in a compliant, international environment and ensure a smooth transition with minimal business disruption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in migration, implementation or transformation projects.
• Experience with data mapping, testing, validation and reconciliation.
• Strong stakeholder and project coordination skills.
• Experience in a complex or regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of learning migration activities and migration waves.
• Translate mappings and impact analyses into practical implementation plans.
• Coordinate testing, validation, reconciliation and business acceptance.
• Monitor data quality, migration readiness, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Maintain clear governance and audit trails around migration decisions and changes.
• Work closely with Learning, HR, business and technology stakeholders.
• Support regional teams and ensure a smooth transition into business-as-usual.

We are looking for an experienced Migration Manager to support a large-scale global Job Architecture transformation. The new job structure will have a direct impact on how employees are assigned mandatory and business-critical learning.

You will lead the migration of learning populations and requirements into the new structure, ensuring the transition is well planned, tested and implemented with minimal disruption. You will work across HR, Learning, Data and Technology in an international, compliance-driven environment.

Your profile

You are a structured and pragmatic migration or implementation professional who is comfortable managing complex change across multiple stakeholders.

You have:

• 5+ years of experience in migration, implementation or transformation projects.
• Experience with data mapping, testing, validation and reconciliation.
• Strong stakeholder and project coordination skills.
• Experience working in a complex or regulated environment.
• A strong eye for detail, data quality and risk.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Experience in Learning & Development is a plus, but not essential.
