IT Integrator/ Project Manager (Application & Migration Projects) bij Qualogy

For our client in Amsterdam, we are looking for an IT Integrator/ Project Manager (Application & Migration Projects).

You will be part of a Chapter of IT Integrator for the Customer & Data Domain, spanning several Areas of interest:

• Customer Data
• KYC and Onboarding
• Fraud and 1:1 Analytics
• Data Management

At this moment we have 2 projects that require an IT-Integrator:

Project 1: Digital Customer Experience

1. Digitize the main Business supporting process to bring them above our competitors.
2. Remove all legacy systems that are currently used to support our Business Customers.

Tasks

• Identify and implement changes for NL platform applications to collaborate with global applications.
• Analyze and address the consumer migration and mitigate functionality discrepancies.
• Coordinate and deliver necessary changes, ensuring timelines are met.
• Support consumer migration and implement correct permission patterns.

Project 2: Demand Management

• the execution of the governance and processes,
• provide a consolidated demand overview,
• facilitate the quarterly business review process (QBR),
• facilitate prioritization and impediments resolution,
• track and challenge the delivery progress,
• propose and implement improvements to the process.

What you will do and what are your responsibilities

• Effective Delivery: Plan, report, steer & coordinate, and manage dependencies, identifying and mitigating risks across teams. End to end delivery, from setting up the project till the end of execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers, system administrators, business counterparts and management to bring solutions to life. Manage very high number of stakeholders.
• Guidance and Oversight: Coordinate the development process, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and best practices.
• Innovative Analysis: Dive deep into business requirements and transform them into cutting-edge technical solutions. Provide insight into the overly complex business and IT landscape to give your stakeholders the insights they need to support their decision making in solutions and priorities
• Creative Problem Solving: Find innovative ways to drive progress and remove impediments. Collaborate and reach out across Tribes and functional borders and serve as liaison when needed.
• Reporting: provide the reports-out for relevant stakeholders
• Process management: Facilitate quarterly Demand Management process, including meetings, follow-ups and escalations. Ensure the successful administration of the process.

You will work together and align with up to 60 squads, the program-manager and several IT-integrator colleagues as well as the Product Leads of the value streams.

Within the Demand Management project, you will work with around 100 stakeholders all over the company to carefully consolidate and structure the full demand to customer data management.

You have to be familiar with the latest technologies, architectural guidelines and agile Way of Working in order to be able to participate in various discussions and drive the implementations.

Must haves

• 10+ years’ experience in IT - Project management (preferably experience with application or service migration projects)
• Ability to manage complex IT projects end to end (from initiation & scoping to the end of execution), understanding of IT project lifecycle
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to successfully manage extremely high number of stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create a network to get the right support for the program
• Excellent problem-solving skills; an itch and self-motivation for solving technical and functional challenges
• The ability to easily switch between details and a high-level overview.
• The ability to successfully communicate from engineering to senior / executive management level
• Excellent attention to details and ability to navigate large volumes of information
• Fluent English speaking and writing capabilities
• Excellent time-management to deliver the key milestones of the program
• Able to embed the delivered changes in the organization (way of working, skills, monitoring/reporting)
• Anticipating new insights and adjusting the activities needed to be both successful in the short and long term
• Provide both summarized and detailed insights in the progress and impediments for different stakeholders (senior mgt to detailed steering)
• Looking ahead to timely identify impediments in the progress and dependencies and anticipate on them to prevent delay
• Steer in impediments/dependencies and enable fact based and fast decision making to solve them

Nice to haves

• A master’s degree in IT (Engineering) or equal by experience.
