YOUR IMPACT

Join our Professional Services team in the Netherlands and help leading organizations modernize their information landscape through content, data, and platform transformation initiatives. You will be part of complex modernization and migration projects from discovery and planning through execution and validation, working closely with client stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts. This is an opportunity to combine consulting, data, and modernization expertise to deliver business-critical transformation programs and drive measurable client outcomes.

What The Role Offers

• Support enterprise modernization and migration projects from assessment through Go-Live
• Partner directly with clients to shape transformation strategies and project outcomes
• Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Work across cloud, hybrid, and enterprise technology environments
• Contribute to delivery accelerators, frameworks, and transformation best practices
• Gain exposure to large-scale digital transformation and information modernization programs

What You Need To Succeed

• Track record of delivering modernization, migration, or transformation projects in enterprise environments
• Proven ability to assess legacy systems and define modernization approaches
• Experience with ETL tools, data integration platforms, or migration frameworks
• Proven ability to develop scripts, automate processes, and improve delivery efficiency
• Strong knowledge of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
• Experience working with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders in Dutch and English
• Must be eligible to obtain a high-level security clearance in the Netherlands and willing to undergo the required security screening process.
