Job summary

Riverflex, founded in Amsterdam and London, is seeking a Senior Manager in Strategy & Transformation to lead large-scale transformation programs, grow the client base, and shape the firm’s future. You will manage end-to-end engagements, lead cross-functional teams, and drive revenue in Europe.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in top-tier consulting, strong digital skills, and be fluent in English with Dutch a bonus. Travel is required; 25 days off and international work options are offered.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or related field.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformations with high impact.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends.
• Proven ability to grow client accounts and drive revenue.
• Excellent communication and presentation in English (C1); Dutch a plus.
• Willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of €1M+ revenue engagements with quality, scope and budget.
• Act as primary contact for senior stakeholders, building trust and addressing challenges.
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities, expanding accounts and managing commercial activities.
• Lead the preparation of high-quality proposals, including strategy, scoping and pricing.
• Develop and refine new service offerings aligned with industry trends and client needs.
• Lead, mentor and inspire high-performing teams, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Provide coaching, feedback and performance evaluations for the team.
• Oversee contract negotiations and commercial management for client accounts.

We're looking for a highly motivated, experienced Senior Manager with a proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation projects, building strong client relationships and driving business growth. You'll play a critical role in ensuring successful delivery, expanding our client base, and shaping the future of our business.

What you’ll be working on

• Overseeing end-to-end delivery of €1M+ revenue engagements, ensuring quality, scope and budget are met with minimal oversight

Who you are

• 8-10 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or related field, with expertise in digital transformation, AI, or data & analytics
• Proven ability to manage large-scale engagements and deliver high-impact outcomes
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business settings
• Demonstrated experience building trust, managing senior stakeholders, and expanding client accounts
• Strong track record driving sales and achieving revenue targets
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams
• Affinity for innovating and adaptability in evolving business contexts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 minimum); Dutch is a strong plus
• Willing to travel as needed
