Job summary

Ashby is hiring a mid-market Customer Success Manager to drive high‑touch engagement across a diverse set of customers in the EMEA region. You will manage a book of 60+ mid-market clients and guide implementations while maintaining strong relationships to drive adoption and renewal.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to tailor training and walkthroughs, become a product expert, and translate customer needs into product enhancements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success for B2B SaaS with implementations.
• Manage a book of ~60 mid-market customers and $1.5M ARR.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
• Tailor training and product walkthroughs to customer needs.
• Work with technically complex products and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead 4–8 week implementations and drive adoption.
• Maintain high-touch relationships and ensure value delivery.
• Gather feedback to inform product roadmap and renewals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale processes.
