Job summary

DataSnipper is seeking a Senior Customer Success leader to own SMB and Mid-Market segments. You will steer multiple regional CSM teams, shape segment-specific motions, and act as a key voice of the customer to the broader company.

You will build leadership, foster a high-performance culture, and recruit CS talent aligned to language and regional needs. This role drives NRR, expansion, and long-term customer health across a growing, multilingual customer base.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAAS customer experience, with 3–4 years in progressive management roles.
• Experience leading multilingual teams across regions and time zones.
• Proven track record building and scaling CS programs driving retention and expansion.
• Strong commercial acumen with ARR and NRR focus.
• Ability to influence Sales, Product and Marketing without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple SMB and Mid-Market CS teams across regions.
• Own net revenue retention, customer health scores, and expansion targets.
• Design and evolve tech-touch and personalized engagement motions.
• Forecasting and reporting to senior leadership with clarity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing on strategy and feedback.
• Architect scalable, multilingual CS infrastructure and tooling adoption.
