Job summary

EPAM Systems in the Netherlands is seeking a dynamic Cloud Engagement Lead to drive Microsoft-based cloud transformations. This senior leadership role owns bookings, growth metrics, and the revenue pipeline within a defined unit, coordinating with sales, practices, Microsoft, and delivery teams to shape, close and expand engagements.

You will lead strategic pursuits, pricing strategies, and joint go-to-market motions with Microsoft, leveraging ECIF and partner programs to accelerate deal

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud strategy or digital transformation with Microsoft cloud experience.
• 5+ years in business development, sales leadership or alliance management tied to aggressive revenue targets.
• Proven track record in closing complex, multi-stakeholder cloud transformation deals with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, application modernization, data and AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings, growth metrics and pipeline creation for Microsoft cloud transformation engagements.
• Lead opportunities from origination to closure including deal shaping and commercial structuring.
• Execute land-and-expand strategies across AI, cloud modernization, data and application innovation.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives and position EPAM as a long-term partner.
