Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a dynamic Cloud Engagement Leader to drive Microsoft cloud transformation engagements for Energy clients in the Netherlands, operating in a hybrid work model. The role centers on owning bookings and revenue closure while coordinating sales, practice and delivery leaders to ensure scalable growth.

You will shape strategic cloud transformation deals, guide land-and-expand efforts, and build executive relationships with client partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud strategy or digital transformation with Microsoft cloud experience.
• 5+ years in business development, sales leadership or alliance management with aggressive revenue targets.
• Proven track record in closing complex, multi-stakeholder cloud transformation deals with measurable results.
• Familiarity with Microsoft co-sell programs, incentive structures and partner engagement models.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings, growth metrics and pipeline creation for Microsoft cloud transformation engagements.
• Lead opportunities from origination to closure, including deal shaping and pricing strategies.
• Execute land-and-expand strategies across AI, cloud modernization, data and application innovation.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives, positioning EPAM as a long-term partner.
