Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud strategy or digital transformation with Google cloud experience.
• 5+ years in business development, sales leadership or alliance management roles tied to aggressive revenue targets.
• Proven track record in closing complex Google Digital and AI transformation engagement deals with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of Google, application modernization, data and AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Google co-sell programs, incentive structures and partner engagement models.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings, growth metrics and pipeline creation for Google Digital and AI transformation engagements.
• Lead opportunities from origination to closure, including deal shaping, commercial structuring, strategic pursuit leadership, executive presentations, and pricing strategy development for high-value programs.
• Execute land-and-expand strategies across AI, cloud modernization, data and application innovation.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives, positioning EPAM as a long-term partner.
• Collaborate with Google account and industry teams to execute joint go-to-market and co-sell motions.
• Leverage Google programs and funding to unlock opportunities and accelerate deal closure.
• Shape strategic Google Digital and AI transformation engagement deals, including architecture oversight and executive messaging.
• Align closely with EPAM Business Units to ensure pipeline health and account growth.
