About the Role

Are you a ServiceNow Developer with a few years of experience, eager to grow further and take an active role in sharing knowledge and making technical decisions? Then we’re looking for you!

As a Medior ServiceNow Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions within our organization. You’re not only technically skilled but also a strong communicator—able to explain and justify your decisions to others.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM)
• Contribute to technical solution design
• Collaborate with stakeholders
• Document and present technical decisions
• Actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
• Set up and support integrations with other systems like SAP Business Technology Platform

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Ability to explain and justify technical decisions to colleagues
• ServiceNow certifications (minimum ITSM Implementer)

Nice to Have
