Job summary

Devoteam is seeking a ServiceNow Business Consultant in the Netherlands. You will bridge business stakeholders and the delivery team, lead client workshops, translate requirements into scalable configurations, and drive process optimization on the ServiceNow platform.

You own engagements end-to-end from requirements to go-live, collaborating with architects and delivering training. Dutch and English fluency, plus Agile experience, are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow configuration and functional consulting.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to convert complex functional needs into technical specifications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and product backlog management.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or CAD) are a plus.

Job Description

As a ServiceNowBusiness Consultant at Devoteam, you are the primary link between our clients' business stakeholders and the technical delivery team. You lead and animate client workshops to understand business needs and co-design the right solutions, translate functional requirements into scalable configurations, and guide clients through process optimization using ServiceNow's platform capabilities. You own your engagements end-to-end from requirements gathering and solution design to training and go-live support while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement. • Ability to convert complex functional needs into technical specifications
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product backlog management
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CIS, or CAD) are a plus
