StaffHost digital in the Netherlands is seeking a Medior ServiceNow Implementation Consultant to deliver end-to-end ServiceNow projects for enterprise and public sector customers across the Netherlands.

You’ll work closely with customers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions, from design through to go-live, while configuring applications and mentoring junior teammates.

Are you a hands-on ServiceNow Consultant who enjoys turning business requirements into practical solutions that make a real impact?

We're working with one of Europe's leading digital transformation consultancies, a business that combines the scale and stability of a major international organisation with the culture and flexibility of a growing local ServiceNow practice.

As the team continues to expand, they're looking for Medior ServiceNow Implementation Consultants to play a key role in delivering end-to-end ServiceNow projects for enterprise and public sector customers across the Netherlands.

What you'll be doing

You'll work closely with customers to understand their requirements, translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions and deliver high-quality implementations from design through to go-live.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and analysing business requirements
• Translating customer needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Configuring and implementing ServiceNow applications
• Supporting workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Working alongside architects and senior consultants on complex projects
• Helping to mentor and support more junior team members
• Contributing to customer success and long-term platform adoption

What we're looking for

We're looking for consultants who enjoy both the functional and technical aspects of ServiceNow delivery.

You'll ideally bring:

• Strong knowledge of ITSM (essential)
• Experience with CSM or other Enterprise Service Management modules is a plus
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions
• Hands-on ServiceNow configuration experience
• Broad platform understanding, including areas such as CMDB
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Dutch language skills (B1/B2 level or above)
• A consulting mindset and understanding of project delivery environments
