Job summary

The role requires a Master’s degree in a technical field, 3+ years of PM experience, and the ability to obtain Dutch, NATO, or EU security clearances. Fluent English and Dutch are required.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects within ourDefence & Security business unit in Delft.

In this role, you will lead multiple diverse projects that leverage spacetechnologies and contribute to product and service developmentfor Defence, Space, and Critical Infrastructure. Our team developsadvanced solutions, for example for satellite data processing, both onboard satellites and on-ground, and for phased array antennatechnologies for space weather monitoring and satellite surveillance andtracking.As a Project Manager, your main task will be to ensure that technologydevelopment projects are delivered on time and within budget, meetingthe project goals with high quality. This position offers the opportunity tolead multidisciplinary project teams, shape next-generation ISR and SSAtechnologies, and drive innovation in a dynamic, high-tech environment.You will be coordinating between engineering teams, stakeholders and customers in a challenging environment, where Space and Defence applications demand robust, high-performance solutions.

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring they contribute to the overall product and service development roadmaps and companyobjectives.
• Engage with internal teams, customers, and external partners todefine clear project objectives and ensure alignment with technicaland business priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive the development,integration, and validation of ISR and SSA technologies, spanningboth software and hardware.
• Define and implement project plans, including timelines, resourceallocation, and risk management, to ensure successful execution.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, track progress, and drive timely deliveryof high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Master's degree preferably in a technical field, or equivalent experience in managing complex technical projects.
• At least 3years of project management experience, preferably inthe Defence sector, leading multidisciplinary teams to successfuloutcomes in a high-tech domain.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability tonavigate government, Defence, and industry partnerships.
• Affinity for working in the Defence sector, with the ability to obtainDutch, NATO, or EU security clearances (required).
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
