Job summary

Science & Technology Corporation in Delft is seeking an experienced Medior Project Manager to lead multiple defence and security projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across software and hardware, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of ISR and SSA technologies in a high-tech environment.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a technical field, 3+ years of PM experience, and the ability to obtain Dutch, NATO, or EU security clearances. Fluent English and Dutch are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in Defence.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to obtain Dutch, NATO, or EU security clearances.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring they contribute to roadmaps and objectives.
• Engage with internal teams, customers, and external partners to define clear project objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive ISR and SSA technologies across software and hardware.
• Define and implement project plans with timelines, resources, and risk management.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, track progress, and drive timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
