As Earth observation missions continue to demand higher-resolution sensors and increasingly intelligent payloads, the need for a new generation of on-board processing capabilities is growing rapidly. Processing data directly in space enables faster decision-making, reduces bandwidth requirements, and unlocks entirely new mission concepts. At S&T, we are developing the next generation of on-board processing platforms that combine high-performance electronics, advanced software, and AI to bring these enhanced capabilities into orbit as quickly as possible.
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate the development of our space product portfolio within our Defence & Security business unit in Delft. You will be responsible for aligning multiple hardware, software, and AI integration projects into a single product roadmap, ensuring that together they deliver a scalable, high-performance on-board processing solution for future space missions.
As Program Manager, you will drive the program from concept to deployment, balancing technical ambition with execution. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, manage priorities, resources, and timelines, and ensure that innovations move rapidly from development into operational space systems. Working at the intersection of technology, product strategy, and customer needs, you will play a key role in bringing next-generation on-board processing solutions to space, enabling future payloads to process more data, make smarter decisions, and deliver greater mission value.
