Job summary

Qualogy in Amsterdam seeks a MarTech Data Engineering Lead to shape our Customer Data Platform strategy. You will guide data engineering and integration efforts across the MarTech stack, collaborating with business users, data analysts and data scientists to translate use cases into scalable solutions.

As an engineering lead, you will mentor teams, own data quality and event-driven architectures, and drive CDP activation across omnichannel channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with a Customer Data Platform (CDP).
• Proven experience defining customer identity, profile unification and audience strategies.
• Strong understanding of customer data activation and omnichannel marketing ecosystems.
• Experience with CDPs which have a flexible/open schema is a plus.
• Solid understanding of: customer identity resolution, data quality frameworks, event-driven architectures, API-based integrations.

For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Lead Data Engineer (Customer Data Platform)

The Data Engineering Lead helps build our MarTech platform. Data is the foundation that drives all our MarTech use cases. As Engineering Lead, you will shape the data engineering and integration strategy. You will work closely with business users, data analysts, and data scientists to understand use cases, and collaborate with architecture to translate them into solutions for engineers to implement.

CDP & Customer Data Platforms

5+ years of experience working with a Customer Data Platforms (CDP).

Proven experience defining customer identity, profile unification and audience strategies.

Strong understanding of customer data activation and omnichannel marketing ecosystems.

Experience with CDPs which have a flexible/open schema is a plus.

Data Architecture & Engineering

Solid understanding of:

• Customer identity resolution
• Data quality frameworks
• Event-driven architectures
• API-based integrations

Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as Google GCP

Technical Leadership & integration

• Experience leading (engineering) teams
• Experience translating business requirements into solutions for teams to implement
• Ability to interact with business users and architecture
• Experience integrating CDPs with:
  • Customer Engagement solutions
• Ability to working together with and challenge vendors and review technical designs
