Job summary

Rituals is seeking an experienced Domain Architect for our MarTech and digital ecosystems. You will shape the architecture across marketing technology, CRM, conversational commerce, content tooling and marketplaces, translating business needs into scalable tech solutions.

You’ll work with Product, Engineering, Data and Security teams, providing hands-on guidance, review of API contracts, data models and integration strategies while maintaining strong architectural ownership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering or solution architecture.
• Experience with SaaS ecosystems and vendor integrations.
• Strong API design, data modeling and cloud architecture skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and guide the architecture within the MarTech landscape including CRM, content tooling and marketplaces.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system, API, integration and data-flow designs.
• Review integrations between SaaS platforms and internal APIs with security and compliance in mind.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and Security to drive architectural excellence.
• Provide hands-on guidance while maintaining architectural ownership across domains.
