Elsevier, a global leader in information and analytics, seeks a senior leader to set the strategic direction of its Marketing Technology ecosystem. You will drive platform value, governance, and investment planning while collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business.

You will own the MarTech roadmap, partner with Technology on standards, and horizon-scan for emerging tools to ensure cohesive, integrated platforms that support growth and ROI.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience leading marketing technology platforms/solutions at a strategic level (e.g., CDPs, CRM, CX tools)
• Proven track record in vendor negotiations and contract management
• Experience partnering with Technology teams; translate business needs into technical requirements
• Ability to build and lead a coherent MarTech strategy across a fragmented tool landscape
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ROI delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management and influence without direct authority

Aufgaben

• Develop and own a multi-year Marketing Technology strategy and investment roadmap
• Partner with Technology leadership to align MarTech with architecture, data, and security standards
• Horizon-scan the MarTech landscape for relevant tools and capabilities
• Lead negotiations and renewals across the marketing platform portfolio
• Own licence management and ensure allocations match usage
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and budget forecasting for MarTech
• Coordinate with Platform Product Managers to ensure integrated, cohesive platforms
