Elsevier in Amsterdam seeks a Director for Lifecycle Marketing to lead strategy, operating model, and performance of Academic & Government lifecycle programs, including web presence and always-on sales and renewal campaigns.

You will manage a regional team, align with Audience, Product, Customer Success, and Digital Ops, and deliver scalable programs that drive demand to customer value.

Formación

• Experience leading lifecycle or demand marketing teams in matrixed environments.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable programs across regions.
• Strong commercial acumen, martech, and measurement fluency.
• Excellent stakeholder leadership and people development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead lifecycle strategy, roadmap, and web experience.
• Own lifecycle KPIs, testing agenda, and optimization loop.
• Align across Audience, Product, Customer Success, and Digital Ops.
• Drive pipeline progression, adoption, expansion, renewal outcomes.
• Mentor and develop team capabilities.
• Inform marketing tech stack roadmap with Digital Ops.
• Report to VP of Demand & Lifecycle Marketing.
• Deliver scalable, always-on programs across buyer journey.
