Job summary

kaiko.ai is seeking a freelance marketing operations specialist to design and build a measurement and messaging stack from scratch for a product-led company. You’ll own tracking, consent, server-side tracking, and the bridge between product, marketing data, and CRM.

You will work with product, engineering, data and security to keep clinical data out of marketing tools by design, document everything, and hand over a working stack ready for expansion into European markets.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years in marketing operations, growth engineering, analytics engineering, or martech consulting.
• Experience building a stack from scratch for a self-serve or product-led company.
• Set up event-triggered messaging alongside CRM integrations.
• Model a data warehouse with SQL and dbt.
• Privacy by design: GDPR and ePrivacy compliant.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the marketing measurement stack from the ground up.
• Connect product and marketing data with engineering and CRM pipelines.
• Set up lifecycle email workflows with reliable deliverability.
• Create the data layer and dashboards; document the stack.
