Job summary

Formula, a Netherlands-based company, is building an in-house marketing and growth stack and seeks a product-minded AI-enabled marketer. You’ll own performance marketing initiatives, work with AI tooling, and translate problems into measurable bets from the first interview to production.

In this fully remote role, you’ll shape Martech strategy, automate workflows, measure impact with SQL/Amplitude, and drive adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• Practical martech, performance or growth marketing experience.
• Product experience in Marketing B2B SaaS or in-house martech teams: validated problems, measured impact.
• 5+ years in product and/or engineering, with hands-on experience building production services.
• Daily use of AI-assisted coding to ship solutions, not just prototypes.
• Full-cycle autonomy: discovery → design → build → launch → measure, with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and implement new martech solutions before bottlenecks arise.
• Learn how marketing and growth teams work and identify unnamed bottlenecks.
• Define how each problem is solved and the MVP with success metrics before coding.
• Scale marketing impact by automating tests, creatives and campaigns.
• Create an end-to-end pipeline: research → creative production → launch → optimization.
• Own post-launch adoption and production reliability.
