Job summary

YAYA Works in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to build the marketing function from the ground up and drive growth in hospitality tech. You’ll own brand, demand generation, GTM, content, digital campaigns, sales enablement, events, partnerships, analytics, and team scaling, partnering with sales in a fast-moving startup.

You’ll lead from strategy to execution, shaping a bold marketing vision and driving revenue while collaborating closely with product and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in marketing, preferably SaaS, hospitality tech, or fast-growing startup
• Proven ability to set up marketing functions, strategies, or campaigns from scratch
• Full-stack marketer across brand, content, performance marketing, and strategy
• Commercially focused and aligned with sales goals
• Technical savvy with marketing tools and digital channels
• Background in SaaS for hospitality (Hotelschool, hotel ops)
• Interest or experience in hospitality, hotels, or travel tech is a plus
• Ownership: take initiative, move fast, and drive outcomes
• Native Dutch and fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong communicator and creative thinker with stakeholder influence

Responsibilities

• Build Marketing from Scratch: define strategy, positioning, messaging, and brand identity across channels
• Demand Generation: create campaigns to generate high-quality leads for sales
• Go-to-Market Strategy: lead launches with clear messaging and plans
• Content & Brand: own website, decks, case studies, social, email; ensure brand consistency
• Digital Marketing: manage LinkedIn, Google Ads, email funnels, SEO/SEA
• Sales Enablement: create materials, improve conversion, shorten sales cycle
• Events & Partnerships: organize events, hotel partnerships, co-marketing
• Analytics & Optimization: track ROI and optimize campaigns
• Team & Scale: lay foundation for future marketing team with agencies/freelancers
