Job summary

Amsterdam Data Collective is seeking a senior Marketing leader to shape and scale demand generation across multiple channels, aligning with the CEO, BD leadership, and Practice Leads. You will design and execute campaigns, sharpen offers, and drive revenue through a cohesive marketing operating model.

You will own the marketing strategy, build a scalable in-house function, and collaborate with CLEVER°FRANKE to align branding and market narratives across priority markets.

Qualifications

• Substantial B2B Marketing, Growth, Demand Generation, or Revenue Marketing experience in consulting, professional services, technology, data and AI, enterprise SaaS, or similar.
• You have a track record of building programmes that produced qualified leads, opportunities, pipeline and revenue.
• You are strategic and hands-on, able to influence stakeholders and also execute briefs, campaigns, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, run, measure, and improve campaigns that create high-quality demand for ADC’s Business Development team.
• Build a repeatable, multi-channel demand-generation engine across accounts, audiences, LinkedIn, content, paid activity, partnerships, events, website conversion, and marketing automation.
• Own the full working rhythm: brief, build, launch, measure, learn, improve, and repeat.
• Create a practical Marketing-to-BD operating model with lead-quality standards, clear hand-offs, campaign follow-up, and revenue-focused reporting.
• Use data and judgement to stop what isn’t working, improve what shows promise, and invest where there is qualified pipeline.
