Job summary

YAYA Works is seeking an Account Executive to drive new and existing business for its digital and holographic reception solutions in a fast-growing startup setting in Amsterdam. You will manage the full sales cycle, convert meetings into customers, and lead negotiations with hotel owners and managers.

The role requires 3–4 years of sales experience in hospitality tech, a strong grasp of PMS, POS and channel managers, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role in hospitality tech.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Solid understanding of hotel systems (PMS, POS, channel managers).

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to closing.
• Negotiate deals on per room per month model.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline; handover to onboarding.
