Job summary

You will optimize service windows, coordinate with engineers and GRP teams, and drive margins and customer satisfaction in a site-based role.

Collaborating with Inside Sales, coordinators and vessel agents, you will schedule technicians, match them to jobs, and maintain clear planning records for reliable delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Inside Sales to support accurate quoting processes.
• Communicate with vessel agents, owners and captains to coordinate service activities.
• Monitor vessel movements and provide updates to coordinators and GRP team.
• Match technicians to service jobs based on competencies and certifications.
• Schedule technicians proactively to optimize work preparation time and efficiency.
• Address gaps in service engineer competencies and availability with the Technical Service Team Lead.
• Build and maintain relationships with vessel agents to improve collaboration and service delivery.
