Job summary

Radio Holland is seeking a Service Engineer to execute on-site service jobs on vessels in Delfzijl, The Netherlands. You will maintain, troubleshoot and document maritime communication and navigation systems, ensuring safety, quality and customer service standards are met.

In this role you will work in the Deepsea Department with service engineers, coordinators and technical specialists, reporting to the Technical Service Team Lead, and you will travel as needed to support ships worldwide while

Qualifications

Technical background in engineering or electronics, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in a technical or field service environment with strong troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Willingness to travel and work in maritime environments; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Execute service jobs on vessels as directed by the Service Coordinator or Scheduler.
Maintain, troubleshoot and optimize maritime communication and navigation systems.
Prepare accurate service reports according to Radio Holland standards.
Document services provided, materials used and technical findings clearly.
Follow QHSE principles and standards during all service activities.
Keep technical knowledge up to date by reviewing technical Bulletins and manuals.
