Job summary

Radio Holland Group in Rotterdam is seeking a Project Manager to oversee maritime projects from initiation to warranty, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and compliance with quality, safety and ethics.

You will coordinate resources, stakeholders and progress within the Projects department, collaborating with Sales Engineers, Service and Procurement to secure reliable outcomes and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Practical experience coordinating or managing projects in a technical, engineering or comparable environment.
• Strong planning, organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communication and negotiation skills, with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach and a collaborative mindset.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Confirm that all required procedures, documentation and approvals are completed before project initiation.
• Plan and deliver projects in accordance with contracts, budgets, timelines and applicable quality, safety and ethical standards.
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, manage risks and provide clear updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate project resources and select team members based on the competencies required for each assignment.
• Define material requirements and prepare accurate orders for procurement in line with project schedules.
• Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships, address issues promptly and escal⟨ate when necessary.
• Complete project evaluations, share lessons learned and manage aftersales activities during the warranty period.
