Job summary

Amgen Breda is seeking a Manager Manufacturing to lead a team of 15-20 direct reports on (semi-)automated assembly and packaging lines across shifts. You will drive GMP-compliant operations, mentor staff, and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a regulated industry.
• Willingness to work in a shift system to gain shopfloor experience.
• Strong people management and coaching abilities.
• Passion for Lean/manufacturing improvements and GMP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities
