Job summary

Amgen Breda is seeking a Manager Manufacturing to lead a diverse, multi-national team responsible for labeling, assembly, packing, storage, and shipping of medicines globally. The role involves ensuring GMP/GDP compliance and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

You will mentor and coach 1000+ staff across shifts, implement Lean, Six Sigma and Agile projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams on new equipment and production lines, and uphold a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or proven by solid work experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a regulated industry.
• Willingness to work in a shift system to gain shopfloor experience.
• People management skills with the ability to lead and inspire.
• Strong Lean manufacturing and improvement mindset; GMP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspire Excellence: mentor, coach, and develop the team while upholding GMP.
• Lead by Example: oversee labeling and packaging processes per SOPs.
• Drive Innovation: champion Lean, Six Sigma and Agile improvement projects.
