Job summary

Amgen Breda is seeking a Senior Technical Operator for highly automated assembly, labeling and packing lines in a GMP environment. You will act as SME on the line, perform set-ups, fault analysis, and drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

You will monitor equipment, lead root-cause analysis, coach colleagues, and ensure safe, compliant production. The role requires strong technical background and willingness to work in shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in highly regulated automated production environments.
• Technical SME and trainer experience is valued.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
• Familiarity with SAP/MES systems and CI methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma).
• High level of ownership, accountability, and structured way of working.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and optimize automated production equipment.
• Perform set-ups and change-overs.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting and perform root cause analysis (e.g., RCA, 5WHY).
• Identify and elevate deviations with QA and maintenance and support triage activities.
• Act as SME and first point of contact for technical escalations.
• Analyze and interpret process data using SAP/MES systems.
• Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma).
• Support, coach and train team members, strengthening line capability.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of all production activities.
