Job summary

Amgen Breda is seeking Line Lead Manufacturing to coordinate daily production operations and coach shop-floor teams. You will oversee staffing, materials, equipment, and priorities while driving continuous improvement and quality on a fast-paced production line.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and collaboration with Quality and Maintenance to ensure safe, compliant manufacturing and readiness for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership potential and ability to influence and motivate others.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and structured problem solving.
• Willingness to work in a 2‑shift, 3‑shift & 5‑shifts schedule.
• Strong English communication skills; Dutch is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations, including staffing, materials, equipment, and production priorities.
• Lead shift handovers, team meetings, and problem‑solving discussions.
• Provide clear task allocation, guidance, and coaching to team members.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Support investigations and collaborate closely with Quality, Maintenance, and other cross‑functional teams.
• Develop strong technical expertise on equipment and manufacturing processes and actively support production when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and team performance.
• Help prepare the manufacturing organization for future growth and operational challenges.
