Amgen Breda is seeking a Manager Manufacturing to lead a diverse, multi-national team responsible for labeling, assembly, packing, storage, and shipping of medicines globally. The role involves ensuring GMP/GDP compliance and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

You will mentor and coach 1000+ staff across shifts, implement Lean, Six Sigma and Agile projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams on new equipment and production lines, and uphold a

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or proven by solid work experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a regulated industry.
• Willingness to work in a shift system to gain shopfloor experience.
• People management skills with the ability to lead and inspire.
• Strong Lean manufacturing and improvement mindset; GMP knowledge preferred.

At our Breda site, medicines are labeled, assembled, packed, stored, and shipped to destinations across the globe. Over 1,000 dedicated individuals from more than 40 nationalities contribute to supply chain processes, manufacturing, distribution, marketing, sales, and clinical research for groundbreaking medicines to fight the world's toughest diseases.
