Job summary

Neways Electronics International Nv is seeking a Manager Test Engineering to lead the daily operations of the test team, ensure quality, delivery reliability, safety and productivity, and foster development. You will be visible on the floor and coach employees, communicating a future-oriented vision.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements while building a high-performing organization able to meet ambitious goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (HBO level) in a technical field
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, spoken and written
• Experience in coaching and developing employees
• Strong communication skills and a natural leadership style
• A clear vision on team development and organizational growth
• Decisiveness and the ability to provide clear direction
• Knowledge of electronics and test strategies (advantage)
