Job summary

Neways-Electronics-International-Nv in the Netherlands is seeking a Test Engineer to shape testing from design through production. You will design test setups from hardware and software perspectives, assemble the test rigs, and analyze results to drive improvements in production.

You will collaborate with customers to define testing requirements, create test documentation, and train testers and technicians on new tests. A hands-on role combining electronics, software, and production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze technical product documentation.
• Affinity with software development.
• Full-time availability.
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong written communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Create test documentation and train testers and repair technicians on new tests.
• Review customer requests with Account Engineer/Manager and prepare quotations.
• Discuss outsourcing testing with the Neways production facility in Slovakia.
• Propose and implement improvements related to testing and test equipment.
