Job summary

Neways Electronics International is seeking a Manager Test Engineering to lead a high-performing team on the shop floor, driving quality, reliability, safety and productivity. You will coach staff, communicate a clear vision, and partner with senior leadership to shape engineering direction.

You will report to the Engineering Manager and help steer the Engineering Management Team, collaborating with other managers to align strategy and deliver improvements across testing and production processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree HBO level (technical field preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Experience in coaching and developing employees.
• Strong communication skills and a natural leadership style.
• Clear vision on team development and organizational growth.
• Decisiveness and ability to provide clear direction.
• Knowledge of electronics and test strategies is a strong advantage.
