Job summary

Neways Electronics International NV is seeking a Manager Test Engineering to lead the daily operations of the test team, ensuring quality, delivery reliability, safety, and productivity while creating an environment for development.

You will report to the Engineering Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the engineering roadmap. The role offers a competitive salary, flexible hours with one remote day per week, and extensive development opportunities through Neways Academy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (HBO level) in a technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Experience in coaching and developing employees.
• Strong communication skills and a natural leadership style.
• A clear vision on team development and organizational growth.
