Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and be available for 40 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Investigate malfunctions in machines and test setups; coordinate with Test Engineers and suppliers for follow-up actions.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance; keep detailed activity records and report to the Manager Test Engineering.
• Participate in daily production start-up meetings to close action points.
• Advise on halting production or rejecting products based on analyses.
• Adjust machine parameters per instructions; report costs and potential investments.
• Provide instructions to production staff on machine use and procedures.
• Contribute to improvements of work instructions, routings, and processes.
• Apply a multidisciplinary mindset and support team development with a helicopter view.
