Neways Electronics International NV in the Netherlands seeks a Manager Test Engineering to lead a dynamic team and ensure targets for quality, delivery reliability, safety and productivity are met.

You will coach and develop staff, drive continuous improvement, and help define the strategic direction within the Engineering Management Team while reporting to the Engineering Manager.

Qualifications

• Completed HBO-levelBachelor's degree in a technical field is required.

As Manager Test Engineering, you are responsible for the daily leadership of your team. You ensure that targets related to quality, delivery reliability, safety, and productivity are achieved. At the same time, you create a work environment where employees can develop, collaborate, and perform at their best.

You are visible on the work floor, encourage ownership, and know how to coach and motivate people. Through your clear communication and future-oriented vision, you contribute to the continued development of both the team and the organization.

You will be part of the Engineering Management Team, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager. Together with fellow managers, you lead the complete engineering organization and help define the strategic direction of Engineering. In this role, you work closely with the Manager Account Engineering, Customer Focus Teams, Unit Managers and your colleagues within the Engineering Management Team.

A completed Bachelor's degree (HBO level), preferably in a technical field;

At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role;

Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written;

A clear vision on team development and organizational growth;

Decisiveness and the ability to provide clear direction;

Knowledge of electronics and test strategies, which is considered a strong advantage and will help you succeed quickly in this role.
