Job summary

Minor Hotels zoekt een Learning & Development intern die hands-on ervaring opdoet, projecten oppakt en leertrajecten van teams in Noord-Europa vormgeeft. Je werkt vanuit Hoofddorp samen met afdelingshoofden en hotelmanagers en bouwt zo een internationaal netwerk.

Tijdens de stage ontwikkel je trainingen, beheer je administratieve taken rondom trainingen en bijeenkomsten, en kun je bij groei mogelijk zelf trainingen geven of optreden als toekomstige trainer/HR-professional.

Qualifications

• Stage van minimaal 6 maanden in hotelmanagement of HR.
• Beschikbaarheid vanaf januari/februari.
• Interesse in personeelsontwikkeling en hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Plannen, coördineren en communiceren van trainingsprogramma?s vanuit Hoofddorp.
• Ondersteunen van het Talent Development-team bij het ontwikkelen van trainingen en het beheren van administratieve taken.
• Mogelijkheid om trainingen zelf te geven bij groei en ontwikkeling als trainer/HR-professional.

Your Role at a Glance

During this internship, you will play an active role in planning, coordinating, and communicating training programs from our Central Services Office in Hoofddorp. You will work closely with department heads and hotel directors across Northern Europe, giving you the opportunity to build a strong international network. You will support the Talent Development team in developing new training courses and managing all administrative aspects of our trainings and meetings. If you show growth and confidence, there is even the possibility to participate in or deliver trainings yourself, a great chance to develop as a future trainer or HR professional.

Within our University department, we are always looking for ways to improve our training offering and daily processes. During your internship, there will be plenty of space to contribute ideas, take ownership, and work on your own projects.

• You are available to start in January/February
