Tivoli Hotels & Resorts zoekt een Housekeeping Quality Management Intern bij Tivoli Doelen Amsterdam, een van de oudste vijfsterrenhotels aan de Amstel. Je leert kwaliteitsnormen behalen en levert een bijdrage aan gastbeleving in een luxe setting.

Je werkt nauw samen met het Housekeeping-team, ondersteunt dagelijkse operaties, bekijkt presentaties en helpt met voorraadbeheer. Je bent ingeschreven bij een onderwijsinstelling en beheerst Engels; andere talen vormen een plus.

• Je bent actief ingeschreven bij een onderwijsinstelling gedurende de gehele stageperiode.

Responsabilités

• Ondersteun dagelijkse operaties en kwaliteitscontrole van de Housekeeping-afdeling.
• Leid en motiveer een team van Housekeeping Attendants.
• Beoordeel netheid en presentatie van gastenkamers en publieksruimtes.
• Functiecontact voor gasten en samenwerking met collega's van andere afdelingen.
• Ondersteun voorraadbeheer en help de afdeling efficiënt te laten werken.
• Help bij het handhaven en verbeteren van kwaliteitsnormen volgens het merk Minor Hotels.
• Identificeer verbetermogelijkheden en draag ideeën aan om de gastenervaring te versterken.

Your Key Contributions to Memorable Stays

As a Housekeeping Quality Management Intern, you will play an important role in maintaining the exceptional standards that define our five-star guest experience. You will gain valuable leadership and operational experience while working closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure our guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the highest quality standards. During your internship, you will:

• Support the daily operations and quality control of the Housekeeping Department.
• Assist in leading and motivating a team of Housekeeping Attendants.
• Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.
• Act as a point of contact for guests and collaborate closely with colleagues across departments.
• Support stock management and help ensure the department operates efficiently.
• Help maintain and improve quality standards in line with Minor Hotels' brand requirements.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the guest experience.
