Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts zoekt een Guest Experience Host Internship in Nederland. Je zorgt voor een welkom en naadloze gastbeleving tijdens evenementen en dagelijkse operaties, en rapporteert feedback om service te verbeteren.

Je werkt nauw samen met trainers en congresorganisatoren, zodat grote evenementen vlekkeloos verlopen. Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels, bent minimaal 4 maanden beschikbaar en hebt een open, servicegerichte houding.

Your Role at a Glance

The Guest Experience Host Internship is one of the most varied positions in the hotel. You are closely involved in daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while taking care of our guests' needs and connecting them with the right people. You oversee the overall guest experience, handle feedback and challenges with confidence, and continuously look for ways to improve service quality. You also support the successful execution of major events, working closely with guests, trainers, and conference organizers.
