Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas invites you to join as Learning & Development Intern in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. You will help plan, coordinate, and deliver training initiatives across Northern Europe from our Central Services Office.

You’ll work with hotel leaders to shape the learning journey and gain hands-on HR experience. The role offers real responsibilities, opportunities to deliver sessions, and a clear path to grow within the company’s global network.

Qualifications

• Seeking a challenging internship of at least 6 months in Hotel Management or Human Resources.

Your Role at a Glance

During this internship, you will play an active role in planning, coordinating, and communicating training programs from our Central Services Office in Hoofddorp.You will work closely with department heads and hotel directors acrossNorthern Europe, giving you the opportunity to build a strong international network.You will play a key role in helping the Talent Development team create memorable learning experiences, coordinate training programs and events, and contribute to projects that empower employees to grow and reach their full potential. If you show growth and confidence, there is even the possibility to participate in or deliver trainings yourself, a great chance to develop as a future trainer or HR professional.

Within our University department, we are always looking for ways to improve our training offering and daily processes. During your internship, there will be plenty of space tocontribute ideas, take ownership, and work on your own projects.
