Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas invites an Learning & Development Intern to support planning, coordinating, and communicating training programs from our Central Services Office in Hoofddorp. You will work with department heads and hotel directors across Northern Europe to build a strong international network and contribute to engaging learning experiences.

During the internship, you will have the chance to deliver trainings, contribute ideas, and own small projects within our University

Qualifications

• 6+ month internship in Hotel Management or HR
• Willingness to travel to NL hotels and hold a student travel card
• Available to start January/February
• Strong interest in employee development and hospitality
• Independent, proactive and entrepreneurial
• Clear, professional communication
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good command of English and Dutch

Your Role at a Glance

During this internship, you will play an active role in planning, coordinating, and communicating training programs from our Central Services Office in Hoofddorp. You will work closely with department heads and hotel directors across Northern Europe, giving you the opportunity to build a strong international network. You will play a key role in helping the Talent Development team create memorable learning experiences, coordinate training programs and events, and contribute to projects that empower employees to grow and reach their full potential. If you show growth and confidence, there is even the possibility to participate in or deliver trainings yourself, a great chance to develop as a future trainer or HR professional.

Within our University department, we are always looking for ways to improve our training offering and daily processes. During your internship, there will be plenty of space to contribute ideas, take ownership, and work on your own projects.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You are looking for a challenging internship of at least 6 months in Hotel Management or Human Resources
• You are comfortable travelling to our hotels across the Netherlands and currently have a student travel card
• You are available to start in January/February
• You have a strong interest in employee development and an affinity for the hospitality industry
• You enjoy working independently and are not afraid to take on new projects
• You are enthusiastic, proactive, and entrepreneurial
• You communicate clearly and professionally
• You work with accuracy and attention to detail
• You have a good command of the English and Dutch language.
